A Friday night in the Sugar Club on a chilly October night. People dressed in all the finest burlesque/shrouds they could fine. Glitter, glam and ghouls in every direction!!
Yet again I missed every performance as myself and Ruth were inundated from the second the club doors were open at 8pm till they threw us out at 3am with the walking and partying undead wanting facepaint and glitter. Though I spent a great deal of time and effort covering clients in my finest creations I could but I found I lost the oomph after the 5th or 6th person in a row that underpaid me. By that time of the evening the cream of the crop had been painted and the after-hours crew milled in from 'across the street' with all the charm and grace that comes with gnawing one's own face and not being able to stand upright unassisted.
