Conventions

Initially I got started professionally through Michael Abrahamson, aka Mr Balloonatic.

He brought me to Eirtakon 2012, in DCU. My first ever experience into the nerdy cosplayers, animé and gamers scenbe. I loved it instantly. I applied to work at as many conventions as possible, doing whatever I could and slowly my painting has evolved to include an impressive repetoire of signature marks, tattoos, notable signs and symbols in the animé world.

This kept me on my toes: always keeping abreast of the latest releases in games, animé and manga. Every year has a new theme that drives the amazing people who come to the cons and every year I have to come up with more and more designs.

I see people year after year around Ireland at various events and heartily enjoy seeing their latest creations and cosplays. I really enjoy the other vendors and volunteers at each one. They all lend a special something to the weekend seeing as they're the people I see the most often.
